since a while now i don not eat my usual breakfast which is bread with butter and jam or swiss bircher müsli and the reason is not trying to loose some weight i might have gained during the holidays, not it is because i want to break my habits like using food for comfort or eating lot’s of carbs when I am bored etc. so for a while i am eating a different kind of breakfast now. so far I tried japanese style breakfast, like sour pickled plums, rice and vegetables, english style without bread and got a bad gastritis from all the fat and eggs etc.), or only fruits in the morning … 20 minutes later i was starving for whatever food i could find. i tried quite a few carb diet breakfast tips … all strange. it is not that i don’t want to eat bread etc. it is just that i don’t want it to be a habit and that is way more difficult than i thought.
