First, sorry for the bad mobile snaps, second the food is really good at Restaurace Mincovna.
While we stayed only for a few days, we went two times to Restaurace Mincovna, we would have probably gone three times but one had to reserve a table to get a place and of course we didn’t. Besides from some classical Czech food they offer a range from great Czech draft beer.
The atmosphere is oddly enough between a very good and homely Pub and a high-class Restaurant. The interior is a mix of design and old, the people too. The range of the people I have seen was from casual jeans and t-shirt – to dressed up and suit, very young and very old, relaxed working-class as well as uppish people.
But you have to book a table – at least that was the case before Covid
