in heaven! I did never think i would ever miss an english tea bag, but it turned out i did. my friend valentine mentioned a cafe in tempelhof where you could get a proper cream tea (read about my cream tea in ramsgate here). and than it happened that just the other day i had a photo shooting only a few minutes away. destiny!
so i met jonathan at mehringdamm and together we walked to manfred-von-richthofen-straße on the search vor english tea-time at luftbrücke café
such a lovely place. easy going, nice quality, lovely people, what else could one want? cream tea! wasn’t that the reason for the visit? and i got my cream tea, scone, cream, strawberry jam and english tea – that the look of a round tea bag could make me that happy! Jonathan got tempted by a curry sausage roll with chips. Sure I am going to come again, may be on a wednesday evening, when owner michael is doing one of his jazz evenings.
